YOKO acknowledges the challenges faced by today's families in finding a variety of enriching activities for children after school. By providing a selection of classes that you can customize for your child according to their interests, YOKO allows children to enjoy different activities with their peers from week to week - be it skating, swimming, piano, academics or arts and crafts. At the same time, it offers parents peace of mind of having only one portal for a multitude of your children's after-school activities  All our programs and activities are fully approved under the safety and childcare regulations, so you can book with confidence.  

 We understand with the unpredictable weather and heavy traffic, there are instances where parents will be running late.  If that's the case, please contact the activities place and notify them about the situation.  Don't worry your kids are in safe hands. 

We run each activity based on term basis (i.e Fall: September to December; Winter: January to March; Spring: April to June).  We are off in the summer in July and August.  The commitment of term basis allows us to co-ordinate and plan accordingly with our partners as well as provide the consistency needed for the children to build their interest and skills.   

We review and analyze each location's program offers and see how they are beneficial for children.   Each YOKO partner goes through a rigorous review process to ensure the safety of the children.  We also ensure each partner is fully compliant with the codes and bylaws of the city.   

We try to encourage parents to plan out the activities during the term.  However we understand there are times where you would like to make changes to your children's activities.  As such, we require two weeks of advanced notice for any change in activities.  We will not charge any fee for the first change for each term.  However any subsequent changes in the same term will be charged a service administration fee. 

Each activity has a limited of number of available spaces.  It is a first come first serve basis.  We encourage parents to sign-up early as activities may fill up quickly.
